A1: Yes, You will have to provide us access to your blog and set your permission settings to allow us to enter your blog for regular postings. Instructions and information will be given to you on how to do that after ordering.

 

Q2: Who owns the blog pages you create and what would happen IF I CANCEL?

A2: You own the pages, the content and the blogs as we are currently providing full log-in details and information for any blogs we create for you. That is available to you in the Majon members area. This policy is subject to change.

 

Q3: Can you send me some blog SAMPLES?

A3: The Majon blog is written by our professional writers - http://www.majon.com/blog Additional written content from our professionals writers can be found in our Article Directory

 

Q4: Can you write a blog about MY TOPIC?

A4: Yes, our professional writers will craft professional blog posts for you week after week. The longer they work on your subject matter the better they get at it too. We will review your site and review the writing points you provide from your order. You may edit or append new talking points inside the majon members area at any time.

 

Q5: Can I or How do I EDIT my blog writing points?

A5: Log in at http://members.majon.com.

Select Order Manager, which opens your order history

Click on the specific Order ID # to open the Majon Order Summary.
Edits to your order/URL/writing points can be done on Order Summary under Service Details.
Just remember to click UPDATE when you are finished.

 

Q6: How do I CONTACT my blog writers?

A6: Our Support ticket system is the most efficient way to communicate with your blog writers after you have placed an order and are a Majon client. Plus, all emails we send to you about your services are archived there.

To review our correspondence to you – Select Check Ticket status to review subject lines. Click on the subject line of any ticket you wish to review.

To communicate about an order – Select Submit a Support ticket. From the drop down, select the order ID # with which you need assistance to send the message direct to your service manager for a prompt response
