Ninja On Page Trick to determine how Search engines will rank your page
Why use this:
You will want to use this trick when building a new web page set the competition you want to go for low or medium and then sort by local traffic highest to lowest. You will want the keyword that best explains your page in the top 5. Its tricky how Google works sometimes adding more keywords will push you down the list. If that happens you will want to focus on relevant content, you should then start to see your pages making a comeback.
Steps I have found to be most effective:
In the Website field, Enter your full Url you want to optimize
On the left Select [Exact] “You can play with these”
Click Advanced Options and Filters
Choose you region and language
In Filter ideas Drop down Box choose: Competition Check Low or Medium
On the right hand Local Monthly Searches Sort Hugest to lowest
Change your content until you see your relevant keywords in one of the Top 5 positions
Copy the list of Keywords Google sees as relevant and use them as your anchor text

This how to video turned out much longer then I expected it to. However the contents of this video should put your mind to ease knowing there is a way out of this Panda/Penguin Algorithm penalty. To Many Keyword stuffed Anchor Text
To Few Authority inbound link
Take a look at your site and make sure your Onpage Layout, Grammar, Links, Keyword density are all good.
Then Open your Google webmaster tools account to look at how your page is linked if your diversity of links doesn’t look organic then focus on adding some anchor text that looks natural. If it look ok then you probably need to get high quality, highly relevant backlinks.
