While I was definitely pleased, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The staff answered all of my questions, and did so in a friendly manner. My questions were answered promptly and they helped me find the things I needed. I had a terrific experience--the staff not only stuck with the schedule, but exceeded it by miles!
