This company has gone so far above and beyond what mainstream America would call customer service. Time and cost efficiency is never a question. Not sure if I actually am the only customer they have or if they just make me feel that way. I haved placed an order about an hour after I needed to have it delivered so, needless to say, I was in a panic. It seemed as if they droppped everything else and provided 100% attention to my crisis. This is the personalized attention I've come to know and respect.
