Everyone over the age of 18 with a valid and confirmed email address and a web site that they have actual ownership or dominion and control over are eligible to enter the drawing.

Conditions of Entry
All entries must be made by the legal web site owner or webmaster of the site. Porn or sexual related sites, gambling, hatred or discriminating type sites, or any other sites we deem inappropriate are not eligible for entry in the drawing. All entries MUST HAVE a legitimate and CONFIRMED email address. Confirmation of the email address is done by clicking the activation link in the response email sent by our system. CAUTION: Anyone attempting to undermine our contest by submitting multiple email addresses or multiple entries for un-owned or non-controlled sites will be disqualified from the drawing. Only one entry per person will be entered into the drawing regardless of the number of sites used within the web site evaluation report.
Prizes
One Amazon Kindle Wireless Reading Device, WiFi 6 inch display, graphite, latest edition will be awarded to the winner of this drawing. The winning entry will be notified via email within 2 business days of the specified drawing date. The winner will be responsible for providing an actual physical address for shipment of the device.
Judging
Majon International, LLC will act solely as the judge and determination of the winning entry. The winning entry will be selected randomly among all valid and approved registrant entries.

Drawing is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. As a condition of participating in this drawing, entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this drawing, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in San Luis Obispo, California having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g. costs associated with entering which are free), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
