Theres much to be said about Wikipedia hitting another milestone with its 10 millionth article being published for all to see. It really reminds us all of how far we have come with the use of the Internet and what it has allowed us to do in great numbers. Articles have been a very important part of our society as a whole as we have known it to be for many years and still counting.
Articles can be found in a newspaper that we read everyday. It could be in a magazine that you subscribe to. It could be part of your Favorite Website that you enjoy taking a look at every single day of the week. I’ll bet you could keep coming up with examples of where articles can be found in everyday life.
There are many great things that can be learned from an article. You can tell the world about yourself. You can tell the world about something your selling that you believe they should take part in. You probably get the idea by now how one could go on and on with this.
So, it’s a great reminder of how if we can all give relevant and valuable content to the world wide web and even in other places, what a better place we will be creating for our children to inherit.

Blogorrhea is an interesting type of a play on words to be using in a sentence. To most everyone that takes a look at this word or hears this word will probably understand what it actually means. For those who aren’t really sure, I will try my best to explain what I think it means.
Blogorrhea is a collection of very poorly written blog postings online. Blog postings that don’t seem original to what the topic is that is being discussed. I’m sure many of us have seen plenty of postings in our online searches that have resulted in our disgusting pleasure. The constant effort to bring relevant and good informative, non repeating postings to the top of the heaping search engine pile of blog postings is definitely an on going effort.
A lot of this “blogorrhea” could also be a result of many individuals finally for once in their life, they get to blab on in another form of speakeaze. One thing thats for certain is that Google will not have any of these disturbing postings for you to read at the top of the first page, unless that is exactly what you are looking for.
It’s just another friendly reminder for us all to dig down a little deeper and try to bring out the best in ourselves every day!

I believe that we can all agree that over time, everything continues to evolve and change into the “next” great thing for all to enjoy. This could be used for many different types of topics of conversation if I weren’t staying on track with the Internet Marketing angle of things.
Video has becoming a bigger part of our everyday life for years now. This also has included many of you Internet users out there. We have seen video on a television set for many years, but now it is being taken to a whole new level so that it works very well with everyone that may choose to view it online.
Video can be streamed live from the internet as it already is in many cases. This might liven up your experience so much more if your interested in a specific situation in life that is not on television.

So what has Facebook been up to lately? I guess they are in the midst of trying out a new idea in the great Online Marketplace. If you are an existing member of Facebook or sign up as a new member, the site will help you meet other people.
How is this you may ask yourself? Well, they have added a feature to their site that will suggest friends that you may either know or not. Its possible that you may know some or the majority of these suggested friends.
So many friends of friends of friends actually may know each other. It normally would take a very long time for you to click around all day on dozens of different profiles, right? This way, you can most likely get some of that precious time in your life back back by having a program thats been created to solve this problem, help you out. Let us know what you think of this and how you like it or not.

As hard as Microsoft has pushed Windows Vista into the always growing Marketplace, there are so many Windows XP users that are holding steadfast onto their precious XP that they love so much. Microsoft has already extended the date allowed for computer makers to continue to sell this with their computers that consumers purchase. Now, it sounds like they could be doing this again.
June is the deadline for some computer makers to stop selling it with their PCs, but Microsoft has been pretty flexible in the past when it comes to changing the date. I would suspect they will push it back again to at least January. If many buyers want to continue to enjoy and use the XP, then I suppose why would you mess with that and hope that your sales improve or at the least stay the same.
Who knows what exactly the future will hold for the XP. One thing that is for sure in this life is that nothing stays the same for all that long anymore. Then again you never know in what direction Microsoft will improve on the XP for in the future.

Google, Yahoo, and MySpace.com announced that they have formed the OpenSocial Foundation. This is a nonprofit group whos mission is to support the OpenSocial initiative that Google started last year as a way to raise awareness towards a universal standard for developer applications on social-networking sites.
Theres no doubt that when everyone comes together to ensure that we maintain enough of a middle ground to please the masses, most likely good things will come from this. The specific purpose of the new nonprofit, according to a release, is “to ensure the neutrality and longevity of OpenSocial as an open, community-governed specification for building social applications across the Web.”
This will help the Web Marketing remain as a viable way for others to be reached in a less complicated manner. Keeping the Social Market alive and well with great industry standards to help promote great services to the consumer who desperately needs them is a great goal to have in these World Wide Web times.

The title above really does say it all, doesnt it? I think we all know that whether you are looking for good, solid information or you just simply want to have a great working business relationship with a company, reputation is always key.
If you are looking for a reputable Internet Marketing company, you will look for one that has a good reputation among other marketers and previous customers. One way to find out this information is to do a search online about the company to see what others are commenting about it. Ebay has tried to setup a commenting system in such a way that will help others decide if they want to buy from an ebay member or not.
Forums or Blogs at a Website can be very beneficial to finding out if a particular service being offered by a company is on track with the industry standard or not. I hate to toot my own horn, but Majon International is one of the best choices you can make when it comes to your Internet Marketing needs. Have a great day everyone!

Well, apparently Yahoo has been advertising on the radio as of late. Mostly it has been heard in the San Francisco Bay area and some other markets as well. This doesnt sound to me like an extreme form of marketing. But you would expect that they would just stick to advertising on the web. This is an effort to edge out Google a little bit. Read the rest of the story here.

The feelings conveyed from the Google Chief Executive were that he was concerned about some things that could happen if the two became one. He feels it could end up having implications that would harm or taint the openness of the internet that we love and enjoy today.
“We would hope that anything they did would be consistent with the openness of the internet, but I doubt it would be.” This is what Eric Schmidt said at a conference in Beijing recently. It definitely raises some interesting thoughts in everyones mind about what exactly could this mean for the world wide web? Well, its something to think about.

This rumor has been bouncing around for a little while now. Do you think that this rumor will come to life? Right now nobody is saying if this is going to be the case or not. It sounds to me that this is almost an inevitable type of situation that will probably happen given some more time and such things. I guess we will just have to wait and see like everything else. More of the story is here.
