Cleaning Service: Finding the Right OneVisit Majon's Article Marketing Directory for more great articles
Housekeeping isn't my forte. I'm the first one to admit it. I love it when my home is fresh and sparkling, but I loathe the process of house cleaning. To be honest, I don't understand people like my friend Kristie, who says that cleaning is therapeutic and relieves stress. Granted, I feel a bit stressed when my house is messy, but the dread of getting out the buckets and cleansers trumps any discomfort I may have. The result? I probably put more energy into feeling bad about my situation than it would take to actually clean the house.
The cleaning service you choose should also do extensive background checks on their employees. The company should also train and bond their employees, as well as provide liability insurance in the event someone is injured in your home.
I'm especially pleased with the company I've found because they're very flexible. They'll do a one-time cleaning, or weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings. It's up to me. Their standard service includes a wide variety of tasks, but I can also arrange for them to do everything from cleaning the inside of my refrigerator to cleaning my backyard deck.
I've raved so much about the great service the company has provided that several of my friends have used the company as well. One of my friends recently bought a house, and the company sent out a team to clean her old apartment and freshen up her new house prior to her move-in date. Another acquaintance was building his own home, and had the company come in to do construction clean-up. When my neighbor was getting ready to paint the exterior of his house, the cleaning service came out to do pressure washing. I even referred the service I use to my boss, who ended up hiring them to do office cleaning. But I was most shocked when my friend Kristie - the one who loves to clean - asked me for the company's number so they could help her with spring cleaning.
Finding a great cleaning service that can do everything from cleaning homes and offices to construction clean-up is a godsend. If you've ever felt you could better spend your time on activities other than cleaning, it pays to find a cleaning service that is equipped to step in and do it for you.
