HIGH POINT, NC - July 14, 2005 - In an effort to effectively assist
individuals in the quest for a better work/life balance and better
quality of life, a diverse team has recently completed the development
of an interactive, one day seminar, being promoted as "LifeZone(TM)
Balance Four".
TMMG, Inc. has spent the last three years developing the production of
"LifeZone(TM) Balance Four" into an energizing experience utilizing
novel methodology, original modeling techniques, tools, and ideas to
help address the issues of work/life balance. "Our team has expended
a tremendous amount of energy and creativity during the development of
this project," comments TMMG, Inc. President, Randy Moser.
"We are a diverse group of professionals who have a passion for
coaching people with the need for a work/life balance," Moser adds.
"Every coach we have has experience with identifying and coaching
others to achieve an optimum work/life balance." Statistics show that
88 percent of employees complain they have a hard time juggling work
and life (Aon Consulting). Many people attend seminars annually only
to forget or lose interest within three weeks. LifeZone(TM) Balance
Four provides the tools necessary to keep this ongoing process alive
by incorporating it into daily living, by focus on priorities, and
assisting with individual related thought processes.
LifeZone(TM) Balance Four utilizes a methodical progression and
circumplex modeling to graphically assist the participant in
assessment, measurement, enrichment, and action planning. This
approach includes identifying current and desired states involving key
life dimensions, as well as exercises that help identify life
stressors, stress agents, skill set competencies, and resources
necessary to enrich the quality of life.
"We define work/life balance as, 'the harmonious relationship between
your key life dimensions centered on self, relationships, and work,'"
Moser explains. "TMMG has designed a truly unique approach to an ever
growing societal problem, which allows people to take charge of their
own work/life balance and plan for change," comments H. William
Gruchow, Ph.D. and Vice President of Research and Theory for TMMG, Inc.
"Early responses from seminar attendees has been very positive," offers
Moser.
"The entire day made me think, it was a great experience." - C.C.
"The subject is very timely. Thank you for offering this very
beneficial seminar." - A.S.
"It's simple, original, and relevant," - T.A.
"Our mission is pretty simple: help people achieve a work/life
balance," concludes Gruchow.
