EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - April 5, 2007 - A fast-growing wholesale
distributor of branded and generic pharmaceuticals, Pharma Rx Health,
Inc., announced that it has teamed with ESI s.p.a., a leading
manufacturer of herbal remedies and natural dietary supplements in
Europe and Italy.
Under its newly formed division - Pharma Health / Naturals - Pharma Rx
Health will be the exclusive importer of ESI s.p.a. products. The
company will be able to offer these products along with its current
product line, which includes pharmaceuticals and OTC/HBC items. This
combination will enable Pharma Rx Health to meet the needs of
retailers in a variety of ways instead of being limited to only
pharmaceuticals.
"Some of the introductory products we will promote include Ten Herbs
(a natural digestive laxative formula), Ten Herbs Plus (for colon
cleansing), Erbaven (for lower limb circulatory support), and
Aloedermal Intimaid (an intimate hygiene cleanser)," states Danny C.

The business relationship between Pharma Rx Health and ESI s.p.a.
began in 2006. Since that time, Pharma Rx Health has remained the sole
importer of the products. The company is excited that it can now offer
herbal remedy products that have been top sellers in 35 countries
worldwide. Pharma Rx Health also plans to launch two new Web sites in
the near future that will have online shopping capabilities for the
company's products.
Studies show that the nutrition industry in the United States reached
more than billion in 2005. More than billion can be
attributed to the natural remedy and dietary supplement markets. It
is projected that this market will continue to grow at a rate of 3 to
5 percent through 2008.
