announces a Cox Business report that their use of RPost's eSignoff
service has significantly cut down on paper and shortened the sales
cycle. Cox initially announced that it was deploying the RPost
service one year ago. RPost's Patented eSignOff(TM) Electronic
Contract Execution Service is a Very Low Cost Tool for Applying
Electronic Signatures to Contracts to Speed Deal Closure, Cut Cost,
Eliminate Paper, and Preserve Certified Sign-off Records.
Cox's use of RPost's eSignOff(TM) service is part of a larger "green"
initiative called the Cox Conserves campaign, and successfully
eliminated 50,000 pieces of paper in one quarter alone. The service
has also improved the customer experience by providing a simple
alternative to hand signatures and fax machines. "We have experienced
exceptional benefits from using RPost's solution for electronic

Cox Business. "Previously, our customers would print out a faxed copy
of their contract, sign it by hand and then fax it back to their sales
rep. The process took days and was difficult for us to track. Now

desks. The service has significantly reduced our time to sale, and we
now have signed contracts in five to ten minutes instead of three to
five days."

that has evidential weight equal to "wet-ink" signatures on contracts-
eliminating the print/sign/scan/fax/mail signoff process. The service
