COAHUILA, MEXICO — January 20, 2009 - For coffee lovers who have
always dreamed of owning their own specialty coffee business, Java
Times Caffe announces it is now expanding its franchise opportunity to
the United States.

Java Times Caffe has been tweaking its remarkable business concept in
the country of Mexico for many years, creating "A coffee shop that
everyone likes." The company is willing to share its years of
experience with aspiring coffee shop owners within the United States.
Its shops feature about 43 different types of flavorful coffee from
Mexico along with a wide selection of delightful teas from around the
world. Apart from its delicious coffee and tea selections, Java Times
Caffe also offers a hot and cold menu featuring Panini, salads, wraps,
bagels, nachos, pizza and a variety of blended fruit frappe drinks.

Java Times Caffe is seeking highly qualified licensee candidates that
have a passion for coffee and are hard-working, self-motivated,
willing to work as a team, dedicated to the work on a full time basis,
and have a willingness to follow the guidelines and policies as set
forth by the company. Licensees must also have the financial means to
enable them to invest in a Java Times Caffe franchise as well as
maintain a healthy operation, committing to at least one unit
development plan, with a minimum of two stores (dependent upon the
market area).

"Prime licensee candidates should be very excited about introducing
the world´s best coffee to their local market in the United States.
We are backed by many loyal clients, including Mexican coffee growers
who sacrifice daily to guarantee the best coffee possible. Java Times
Caffe will easily compete with the big players in the specialty coffee
realm, so qualified licensees will be able to build their business
with confidence," states Antonio Leite, CEO of Java Times Caffe.

The first U.S. shop will open in San Antonio, Texas, and locations in
other states are soon to follow. States where Java Times Caffe
franchises will be offered initially are Alabama, Alaska, Arizona,
Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Kansas, Massachusetts,
Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico,
Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, West
Virginia, Wyoming, and the country of Mexico.

Though there are four different prototype variations of the store,
Java Times Caffe is currently expanding with only the full store
prototype. The size of this store is between 80 and 150 square
meters, with some outdoor seating for guests. Total seating within a
location can accommodate between 30 and 70 guests.

Each store will also have a part in bettering the lives of coffee farm
workers in Mexico. Java Times Caffe gives back 1.5 percent of sales
before taxes to its own coffee-growing community. The gift is sent
back to the growers to better the quality of life for their children.

Leite states, "Our gifts will enable growers to continue producing
some of the finest coffee in the world, which Java Times Caffe
consumers can enjoy for years to come."
