About The Author
Raised in the home of a pastor, and now a pastor's wife herself, Kathy
Slamp now travels extensively full time as a motivational and
Christian speaker. In the summer she changes hats entirely when she
serves in Alaska on major cruise ships as their onboard "naturalist."
Kathy is an educator with a Masters Degree in Education from
Washington State University and an Administrative Certificate from
Texas A&M. She has authored eight books including, "Walking
