ALBUQUERQUE, NM - December 11, 2007 - Sammy Sorrell, Albuquerque, New
Mexico author, talk show host and national director of United Citizens
For Legal Reform sounds a serious warning to the nation in his new
book "The Undeclared War Against Crime In America." He states there
were 159,000,000 million crimes committed against Americans in the 13-
year period ending 2002 resulting from a 350% increase in crime since
1960. Just one example; drunk drivers have killed more Americans than
in all our wars combined. He says there are drunk drivers that have
passed through the revolving door criminal justice system and some are
still out on the street after more than 20 convictions. The author
says the professional politicians and the media have focused the
nation for the sake of politics on the war in Iraq while disregarding
a much more costly and destructive brand of homegrown terrorism with
crime in America.
Sorrell is getting his message out nationwide in radio interviews. In
a recent radio interview he stated the greatest single factor in crime
growth is the revolving door criminal justice system created by the
nation's lawyers on and off the bench and the lawyer majority in the
lawmaking bodies of the nation with countless bad laws a national
disgrace. Sorrell said it is the lawyers that are the greatest
economic benefactors of the continued rise in crime. In his book he
declares, "If legal justice reform continues to be the number one
hang-up of government in America, forget about winning the war on
crime until the people change the entire government or vigilante
justice takes over and anarchy follows."
The author says the reader will learn why Americans are being deceived
that the greatest threat to America is offshore terrorism when in fact
it is crime (homegrown terrorism) that is destroying our nation from
within, with a direct and indirect cost of over 5 billion annually.
