ALBUQUERQUE, NM - May 3, 2005 - Albuquerque, New Mexico legal author
Sammy Sorrell, in his newly released book "Home Grown Terrorism, The
Undeclared War Against Crime In America," offers some shocking
revelations about "home grown terrorism" in the United States.
Sorrell says 159,000,000 million crimes against Americans during the
12-year period ending in 2002, has brought many Americans to the brink
of vigilante justice and he gives examples in the book.
Sorrell cites a 350% increase in crime in America during the past 40
years with many violent crimes exceeding the barbarism and brutality
of offshore terrorism. He says this includes over 50,000 murders in
our own nation since 9/11. Total violent crimes including assaults,
rape, robbery, child abuse and domestic violence has topped two
million since 9/11.
"Home Grown Terrorism" details how the American judicial system has
failed the masses by creating a revolving door justice system for
criminals. As an example, Sorrell describes the DWI as the most
dangerous and feared home grown terrorist in America that has killed
more Americans than in all our wars combined. Many of these DWI
terrorists come through the revolving door justice system and are back
out on the street after as many as twelve prior arrests. Currently
they are killing about 72 unsuspecting Americans daily.
The book also details twenty-one different strategies for winning the
war on crime in America. Top on the list is urgently needed legal
justice reform. Sorrell says, "The judicial system has virtually
become the lawmaking body of the nation; making it's own laws and
rules and has created it's own method of enforcing or not enforcing
those laws." He says the criminal justice system turns loose over
570,000 convicted criminals annually on America with many of them
beginning right where they left off with their crimes before they were
incarcerated. Sorrell predicts if the undeclared war against
homegrown terrorism does not become a top priority of the U.S.
government by, declaring war and making the hard choices, America
faces a future of vigilante justice and anarchy.
