DELRAY BEACH , FL - October 28, 2008 - According to marketwatch.com, an estimated 6% to 9.5% of Americans ages 44 to 70, (or as many as 5.3 million to 8.4 million people), are working in what are called "encore" careers — careers that provide not just income, but also purpose and meaning.
