merged, effective May 17, 2006 with PracticeMatch Services, LLC.
This ground breaking merger establishes PracticeMatch Services as
the only full-service physician sourcing firm in the nation.
PracticeMatch Services is a newly formed corporation of
PracticeMatch Inc. and Integro Medical Services that will be
providing various products and services, to address the crises of
physician shortage, to the healthcare industry. PracticeMatch
Integro will be the recruiting arm/product line for the newly
